The hotel had decent rooms and offered basic amenities like a fridge and clean bathroom. the location was in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful stay. the staff also attempted to be helpful at times.

There were significant downsides to this hotel. the location was quite far from public transportation and major tourist attractions.

The staff in the front office are very warmth and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very accessible in all forms of transportation like mrt, bus and taxi. However, there are no foods available during the evening when we need to order to be delivered in the room. Generally, the hotel is highly recommendable for those regular travellers who are doing business in Seoul, Korea as well as those whose purpose is attend International meetings and conferences.

The hotel has limited food service during the evening. May I suggest to strictly follow the rules on " no smoking area" if rooms are being requested by the guests. More lights are needed in the reception/ lobby area. Generally, the place is okey for those who are doing business in Seoul, Korea.

Staff courteous, breakfast generous, lobby and dining area attractive, web-connected computer in lobby, price reasonable, room clean, bathroom fully functional and well designed.

In the room, there was too much furniture (an extra table and chair),and arrangement of beds did not allow them to be used conveniently. The room was small, but adequate if these problems were corrected. There was a damaged area beneath the air conditioner. It was the only ugly thing in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the parking - it was convenient and hassle-free. Additionally, the location was perfect, situated in a central area with easy access to the more populated areas with bigger brand names. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Not one of the hotel staff that I interacted with could speak English. This problem could be overcome if the staff tried to help non-Korean speaking people with the everday questions that a traveller will have (such as providing simple instructions about the area, or even something basic such as how to get to the airport), but they do not. This is a fine hotel if you speak Korean and know your way around Seoul, otherwise, I can not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near several dining options and public transportation. The heated floors were a nice touch and made for a cozy stay during the colder Easter weekend.

The rooms were quite small and the lack of customer service left something to be desired. Some amenities were also missing, such as shampoo and shower cream in the bathroom.
